SMART COL150
METHOXY-ISOTHIAZOLE SODIUM
This product has no equivalents, but can totally or partially replace thionocarbamates.
DESCRIPTION: The SMARTCOL-150 collector is a collector developed from the synthesis of organic polyalcohol compounds and Methoxy-2-thiolate. It has a high diffusion which allows its integration into the flotation pulp and generates a homogeneous collecting action. It is very selective against pyrite.

APPLICATIONS: This collector can be used as a primary or secondary collector in Cu and Au flotation circuits. In the same way, it can be used with any type and brand of Xanthate and thionocarbamate since it produces a synergistic effect.
APPLICATION:It must be applied in pure form. This reagent is used as a selective collector for the flotation of copper and activated silver and zinc minerals. If it is necessary to use it diluted with water, the mixture should not exceed 24 hours.
HANDLING PRECAUTIONS:Prolonged contact of the concentrated solution with the skin should be avoided. If this occurs, it is recommended to wash the affected part with plenty of water.
In case of splash in the eyes, it is recommended to wash these organs with plenty of clean water for 15 to 20 minutes and seek medical help.
ENVIRONMENTAL EFFECTS: The collector concentrations used in the flotation circuits are very low and most of the collector is purged from the system along with the concentrates and incinerated in the smelting stage. However, the portion that goes to the tailings does not cause negative effects on the environment, since it undergoes fairly rapid biodegradation, which is why it is considered an ecological reagent.

POTASSIUM ETHYL AMYL XANTOFORMATE
This product has no equivalents, but can completely replace Xanthates and other alkyl Xanthoformates.

DESCRIPTION: SMARTCOL-550 is a collector developed from Hydrohalogenation, through a Catalytic electrophilic addition reaction. Due to this synthesis, the product has high solubility, has high diffusion, which allows its integration into the flotation pulp and generates a homogeneous collecting action. It's mvery selective against pyrite.

APPLICATIONS: This collector can be used as a primary or secondary collector in Cu, Cu/Mo flotation circuits, in Zn circuits. It can be used in pH ranges between 4 to 10 for the flotation of copper sulfides; In the same way, it can be used in conjunction with any type and brand of xanthate and thionocarbamate since it produces a synergistic effect.
APPLICATION: It must be applied in pure form. This reagent is used as a selective collector for the flotation of activated copper, silver and zinc minerals. If it is necessary to use it diluted with water, the mixture should not exceed 7 days.
